Ever wondered what Ignite Church is all about? Do you have questions about God? Interested in serving at Ignite? Then, Growth Track is for you! As you go through the four tracks, you’ll have the opportunity to discover God, learn more about yourself and how you can become a catalyst for positive change in the world.
This four-session class is required for volunteers and highly encouraged for members of the Ignite community.

Track One
Discover God Again
Everyone was born with a space for God in their hearts and minds. Everyone has the desire to know and feel known by God. As we grow up, however, this can become tainted by how sometimes even well-meaning people in faith express this God to us.
Track 1 – Discover God Again is about stepping away from our biases, experiences and everything we think we know, and rediscovering the truth about God, what he wants, how he thinks, who we are to him and where we fit in his plan.

"Build a community where people discover a family, realize they are more than they think, and become catalysts for positive change in the world."
Track 2 - Discover Ignite allows you to explore the ministry of Ignite Church and find out how to connect with our church.
Track Three
DISCOVER THE LEADER IN YOU
Track 3 – Discover the Leader in You will help you find out what it means to be a servant-leader and learn how you can strengthen your character and gifting to fulfill your leadership potential. Dive into the details of your personality, discover your gifts, and see how your design reveals your purpose in life and your best fit in ministry.

Discover How to Make a Difference
Track 4 – Discover How To Make a Difference. Connect to the opportunities available at Ignite to live out your purpose and serve others by using your God-given gifts. Step Four takes place the fourth Sunday of every month.
